I am currently seeking individuals willing to share their personal stories and insights for my upcoming book, which delves deep into the realities of burnout. Your experiences, no matter how small or significant they may seem, have the power to make a difference.

What I am asking of you:

  • Interview Time: I'm inviting you to book a 1-hour virtual meeting with me, where we can discuss your experiences in a comfortable, confidential setting. There’s no pressure—if the conversation needs more time, we can decide together how best to proceed.

  • Questionnaire: Following our interview, I’ll provide you with a detailed questionnaire. This is designed to deepen the understanding of your unique experiences with stress and burnout. You can complete this at your own pace, reflecting on the nuances of your journey.

  • Availability for Follow-Up: After our initial discussion, I may have some follow-up questions. Your availability for additional contact—whether through email, direct messaging, phone, or another virtual method—would be greatly appreciated. This ensures that we capture the full depth of your insights.
