I’m Mike Pascoe, founder of Thriving Minds. For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people thrive—whether they’re leading teams, competing as athletes, or seeking balance in their lives. Through personal challenges, including injuries and burnout, I discovered that managing energy—not just effort—is the key to sustainable success.
 

This realization became the foundation of my work. Whether coaching athletes, consulting for businesses, or supporting individuals, I help people balance stress and recovery, build resilience, and thrive holistically across business, sport, and life.

From Struggles to Insights
 

In 2002, I started competing in endurance sports, driven by a passion to excel. But injuries and burnout soon disrupted my progress. By 2006, a serious injury forced me to reevaluate my approach—not just to training, but to life. I realized that success isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about recovering smarter.
 

This lesson reshaped my career. As a coach and wellness strategist, I saw the same patterns everywhere: burnout, lack of recovery, and unsustainable effort. Whether in the boardroom, on the field, or in daily life, the solution was clear—mastering the balance of effort and recovery leads to resilience and long-term success.
