The Peak Triathlon Analysis is for triathletes who want to take their running, cycling, and swimming skills to the next level. It includes: Running: ✔60 min running analysis ✔Running technique cadence, and running drills ✔Assess your body position while running to look for anything that will hinder your running efficiency or cause potential injury. ✔10 min consultation to determine your custom heart rate and power zones Cycling: ✔60 min virtual cycling analysis ✔Pedaling technique cadence, and cycling drills ✔Assess your body position on the bike to look for anything that will hinder your cycling efficiency or cause potential injury. ✔10 min consultation to determine your custom heart rate and power zones Swimming: ✔60 min swimming analysis ✔Assess areas for technique improvement or if your stroke is contributing to any pain, or strain you are experiencing in, or out of the pool. ✔10 min consultation to determine your swim pace zones Additional Support: ✔90 min virtual Base Injury Coaching Session It does not include: ✘60 min virtual bike fit ✘30 min transition training ✘60 min equipment (running shoes, hydration, equipment)
