The Base Running Analysis is for athletes who want to go back to the foundation of injury prevention by focusing on their sport-specific movement. It includes: ✔60 min running analysis ✔Running technique cadence, and running drills ✔Assess your body position while running to look for anything that will hinder your running efficiency or cause potential injury. ✔30 min consultation to determine your custom heart rate and power zones It does not include: ✘90 min virtual Base Injury Coaching Session ✘60 min virtual Gear Fit Analysis (running shoes, running packs, poles, and hydration)
