Personal training gives you focused, one-on-one support built around your goals, movement needs, and real-life schedule. Whether you're recovering from an injury, working toward a performance milestone, or just want expert eyes on your form, these sessions are tailored to meet you where you are and move you forward safely and effectively.

Each session is designed to improve strength, mobility, and body awareness while reducing the risk of injury. It’s not about pushing harder, it’s about training smarter, with a coach who understands how to keep you strong for the long run.

Here’s How It Works

Step 1: Book a Free Discovery Call
Start with a 15-minute call to discuss your goals, training history, and any injury concerns. We’ll talk through the best Personal Training package for your needs.

  

Step 2: Schedule Your Consultation
After choosing your package, book a 30-minute consultation either virtually or in person. This session includes a movement assessment, injury screening, and goal setting to build the foundation for your training.

 

Step 3: Book Your Training Session 

You’ll schedule your 60-minute personal training session at a time that works best for you. Sessions can be booked during your consultation or through the online calendar.

Step 4: Show Up Ready to Train

Arrive five minutes early, dressed in athletic clothing, and ready to move. Each session is tailored to your needs and focused on building strength, mobility, and performance safely and effectively.
