Step 1: Book a Free Call
Schedule a 15-minute discovery call to explore how I can support your recovery journey. Together, we’ll determine the best Injury Coaching Package tailored to your needs.
Step 2: Pick Your Package
Choose the injury coaching package that aligns with your goals, whether it’s injury prevention, recovery, or long-term resilience.
Step 3: Your First Appointment
Your journey starts with a 90-minute detailed consultation, assessment and coaching session. We’ll identify muscle imbalances, movement inefficiencies, and the root cause of your injury to create a clear recovery plan. Come prepared with athletic attire, injury details, and any recent test results or diagnoses.
Step 4: Build Your Plan and Stay Connected
I’ll provide you with a personalized recovery plan, complete with exercises, video guidance, and a body maintenance routine. You’ll also have access to my Injury Coaching Course Library and ongoing support through virtual check-ins, text, or email.
Step 5: Train, Recover, and Thrive
As you progress, I’ll monitor your results, make plan adjustments as needed, and guide you every step of the way—helping you recover smarter, prevent setbacks, and thrive in sport and life.
