At Endurance for Life, private coaching isn’t just about hitting peak performance. It’s about staying there. I coach with a recovery-first mindset, helping you train with purpose, manage your energy, and prevent injury so you can perform consistently over time.

As both a Human Performance Coach and Injury Coach, I offer a full-circle approach. You’ll get personalized support that goes beyond the workout, including strategies to listen to your body, manage stress, and maintain balance. Because performance doesn’t just come from pushing hard. It comes from training smart, recovering well, and building a foundation that lasts.

Here’s How It Works

Step 1: Choose Your Path
We’ll start with a discovery call to talk through your goals, training history, and any current challenges. Whether you're focused on performance, injury prevention, or recovery, we’ll find the right coaching path for you.

  

Step 2: Understand Your Life and Body
I’ll take a close look at your strengths, weak points, schedule, and stress load. From there, we’ll create a plan that balances training, recovery, and injury prevention, built to fit your real life.

 

Step 3: Build Your Custom Plan
You’ll get a personalized program with targeted workouts, body maintenance routines, and access to my Injury Coaching Course Library to support recovery and reduce risk.

 

Step 4: Train, Recover, and Adjust

As you train, I’ll monitor your progress, review your data, and make ongoing adjustments to keep things working. If injuries pop up, we’ll tackle them together so you can stay on track and keep moving forward.
