The Endurance for Life Difference

Good technique is the foundation of sustainable performance. Whether you're running, riding, or climbing, how you move affects everything — from how efficiently you train to how well you recover.

Technique coaching is about more than just form. I work with you to identify movement patterns that may be limiting performance or contributing to injury. Together, we refine how your body moves so you can train with less strain, reduce wear and tear, and improve overall efficiency.

This isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about making small, smart changes that protect your body, support your sport, and keep you performing at your best for the long run.

Here’s How It Works

Step 1: Book a Discovery Call
Start with a free 15-minute call where we’ll talk through your goals, movement history, and any training challenges. I’ll help you choose the right Technique Coaching package and approach based on your needs.

Step 2: Schedule Your Technique Session
Once your package is selected, you’ll book a 90-minute session either virtually or in person. We’ll assess your form, identify movement patterns, and work with heart rate-based training to support efficient, sustainable technique.

Step 3: Build Your Custom Plan
You’ll leave the session with clear movement corrections and actionable guidance to apply right away. If needed, we’ll schedule follow-ups to reinforce your progress and keep improving your form.

Step 4: Train, Recover, and Adjust

As you apply what you’ve learned, I’ll be available to support you with feedback, adjustments, and recovery guidance. If an injury arises, we’ll address it together so you can stay consistent and confident in your training.

"In September 2020 I was struck with severe sciatic pain. Within a few days of working with Mike and his network of health professionals I was on the path to recovery and riding my bike again."
